General Information
Usually Sprint CDMA pre-owned certified handsets will be eligible for activation on the Ivy TruCel™ network for voice dialing and standard text messaging. Due to the software loaded into the handsets, Ivy Cellular cannot guarantee that the advanced features such as picture messaging, and data services will work correctly on all devices.
For best results, please purchase a handset from Ivy Cellular. A tri-mode or dual band phone will be best as these phones are able to use both regular cellular networks and PCS networks. Phones must be in a database of ESNs known as PLBL. Phones not in the PLBL cannot be activated.
If you are using a device that you did NOT purchase from Ivy Cellular, we cannot and will not support it nor offer refunds for any services that do not work on your device. Use these devices at your own risk. You cannot activate phones purchased from the retail arm of Sprint, Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile, or Common Cents. Contact us for more information on what handsets may be used if not purchasing a phone from Ivy Cellular or one of our dealers.
